전문가 (Expert)

우리는 흔히 어느 분야에 조예가 깊은 사람을 전문가라고 부른다.
(We call someone with deep knowledge in a certain field an expert.)
어느 한가지 분야의 전문가가 되면은 다른 것을 익히는 것도 쉬운 것 같다.
(Once you become an expert in one area, learning something new tends to become easier.)
그 과정이 동일하기 때문이고 세상은 연결되어 있기 때문일 것이다.
(That's because the process is similar, and the world is fundamentally connected.)

모르는 분야를 접하려면 공부해야 한다.
(To enter an unfamiliar field, you have to study first.)
일할 공 : 일하다, 기술을 익히다 (Working)
지아비 부 : “사람”을 강조하는 의미로 목표를 위해 힘쓰는 사람 (Worker)

그 목표를 이루기 위해서는 학습을 해야한다.
(To achieve a goal, we must learn.)
배울 학 : 모르는 것을 배운다 (Learning)
익힐 습 : 익혀서 내것으로 만든다 (Master)






요즘은 학습하기 좋은 세상이다.
(These days, it's a great time to study and learn.)
모르는 것을 알아보는 방법이 보통 누군가로부터 배우는 것인데, 혼자서도 알아볼 수 있는 매개체가 너무나도 많기 때문이다.
(In the past, learning something new required a teacher, but now, there are plenty of tools and resources that allow us to study on our own.)
특히 AI의 탄생은 문명을 다른 차원으로 이끌 하나의 혁명이다.
(The emergence of AI is a revolution that will lead civilization into a new dimension.)

우리는 흔히 이해했다 라는 표현을 쓴다.
(We tend to say, "understood".)
두뇌 회로에 정리가 되었다라고 말할 수 있는데, 여기서 그치는 것이 아니라 이걸 다시 재해석 하는 “정리와 정의”가 필요하다.
(To truly understand is not to stop, but to begin a deeper inquiry.)
인간은 주관적인 사고를 지녔기 때문에 정리하는 사람마다 방식과 방법이 다를 수 있다.
(People have different ways because each of us functions as an independent system.)
완전히 내것으로 만들기 위해서는 반드시 정리하고 정의를 내리는 작업이 필요하다.
(True ownership requires reflection and clarity.)

새로운걸 알아본다(Explore) > 숙지한다(Remind) > 정리한다(Summary)

위 3가지를 끊임없이 반복해야만 그 분야의 전문가가 되는 것이다.
(Consistently repeating those three things is the path to expertise in that field.)
정리하는 과정에서 창의성이 나온다.
(Creativity whispers to those who quietly organize.)
리더는 큰 그림과 방향에 신경쓰지만 전문가는 디테일에 신경쓴다.
(Leaders set the vision and chart the course, but it's the experts who sculpt the details.)
제대로된 방향과 디테일이 맞물릴 때, 우리는 완벽을 말할 수 있다.
(When clear direction aligns with precise execution, excellence is no longer and accident; it becomes inevitable.)






정말 세상은 알아갈수록 스스로 부족함을 느끼므로 겸손하게 되는 것 같다.
(The more we come to understand the world, the more we are humbled by how little we truly know.)
그래서 사람은 나이가 드는 것이 아니라 익어간다고 표현하나 보다.
(Perhaps, that's why we don't just grow older, we ripen.)
